The Backyard Connection

When a growing family loves their neighborhood but outgrows their footprint, the solution is building smart. We built this 300 square-foot rear addition to give a busy family the breathing room they desperately needed. Extending seamlessly into the backyard, the new family hub features a dramatic vaulted ceiling that maximizes vertical volume, anchored by two gorgeous statement ceiling fans that added both comfort and refined detail to the peak.
The true showstopper of this build is the back soaring wall of windows along the back elevation. Built from the ground up by our dedicated in-house team, it floods the entire space with natural light while blurring the line between indoor living and the yard.
